I would recommend Vertu Honda Lincoln to friends and family because they take the time needed to find you what you are looking for. For the third time they have gone and picked up a car from a different veru Honda dealer to make it available to us. Nothing is too much trouble. All staff are incredible friendly and even if the dealer you are mostly dealing with is out of the office when you call someone else is always there to help. Have been to this dealership for about the past 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else forst to buy a car. This time as the other times there was outstanding service and help.

The experience at Vertu Honda Lincoln was fantastic because they made me feel like a welcome customer. Very attentative. Totally the opposite of the Vertu Toyota dealership in Worksop who seemed totally uninterested in me as a customer. I had gone there the previous day and other than the receptionist the sales staff had shown absolutely no interest in me. (In fact I waited over 15 minutes at least and although the sales staff had been advised of my presence no one came to assist me).
